Korean Crab Cakes
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh Chopped Cilantro
1 tbsp Minced Ginger
2 tsp Fish Sauce
6 ounce can Crabmeat
3 ounces Chopped Shrimp
½ cup Crushed Ritz Crackers (plus more for breading)
Salt
Pepper
1½ tbsp Peanut Oil
-Whisk together first four ingredients
-Fold in crab meat, shrimp, and crushed crackers
-S&P to taste
-form into patties and roll in crushed crackers
-fry in peanut oil
-serve on bed of curly endive with tartar sauce
